Privacy
Ludo World 3D is run by Sabin Maharjan (ABN 67 788 164 012), Queensland, Australia.
What we keep
When you sign in, we keep:
- Your Facebook first name, profile photo and Facebook id (if you sign in with Facebook).
- Your Google first name, profile photo and Google id (if you sign in with Google). We do not keep your Google email address.
- Your Apple id, and the name Apple gives us (if you sign in with Apple).
- Your Facebook Instant Games id (if you play there).
- A nickname, if you choose one.
- Your coins, your wins, and a record of your coin games and coin changes.
- A scrambled copy of your sign-in token, so we know you are still signed in.
Why we keep it
- So your coins and wins are the same on every device you use.
- So other players can see your name and photo in a room.
- So the leaderboard works. The leaderboard shows your name, photo and number of wins to everyone, not only your friends.
What we do not keep
- We do not keep your email.
- We do not keep your friends list.
- We do not keep your messages.
Visitor statistics
The website uses Google Analytics to count visits: roughly where visitors are, what device they use, how they found the game, and simple game events such as a game starting or ending. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. We see only totals, not who you are, and we never send Google your name, coins or sign-in id. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
In the Android app
The Android app is the same game, and everything above still applies. A few extra things are different in the app:
- Ads. The app shows ads by Google AdMob. AdMob uses your phone’s advertising ID to choose and count ads. You can read how Google does this at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. In some countries the app first asks whether you agree to ads.
- Phone messages. If you allow them, we keep your phone’s message address (a push token) so we can tell you about game invites and when your free coins are ready. We remove it when you sign out, turn phone messages off, or delete your account.
- Invite people you played with. People you played a coin game with in the last 14 days can see your name and picture in their “Invite people you played with” list, so they can ask you to play again.
- Turn phone messages off. Open Profile and switch Phone messages off.
Coins are play money
Coins are only for playing. They can never be bought, and they can never be cashed out.
How to delete your data
You can do either of these:
- In the game, open Profile and tap Delete my account.
- If you signed in with Facebook, you can instead remove the app in your Facebook settings. Facebook then tells us to delete your data.
Step by step: how to delete your account.
Deleting removes your name, photo, ids, coins and wins. You also disappear from the leaderboard.
Some records stay, with no name, photo or sign-in id attached: coin and game records. We keep them so the game’s coin totals add up.
One more small thing stays: a scrambled copy of your sign-in id. We keep it only to stop a second signup bonus. It is very hard to turn back into your id, and it holds no name or photo.
Deletion requests
When Facebook sends us a deletion request for you, we act on it at once. Your name, photo, ids, coins and wins are removed as soon as the request arrives. The coin and game records described above stay, with nothing that points to you. If you were given a confirmation code, it only shows that we got your request.
