How to delete your account

Open https://ludo.freewings.com.np in any web browser. (You can also do this inside the app.)
Sign in with the same Facebook or Google account you use in the app.
Open your Profile.
Tap Delete my account. The game warns you that your coins and wins will be removed for ever.
Tap Yes, delete to confirm.

If you are in the middle of a game, finish it first, then delete your account.

What gets deleted

Your name and profile picture.
Your coins and your wins. You also disappear from the leaderboard.
The link between your Facebook or Google sign-in and the game.
Your phone message address, so we can no longer send you messages.

This cannot be undone. If you sign in again later, you start as a new player.

Some game and coin records stay, with no name, picture or sign-in id attached, so the game’s coin totals add up. A scrambled copy of your sign-in id also stays, only to stop a second signup bonus. See the privacy page for details.

Another way, with Facebook

If you signed in with Facebook, you can instead remove the app in your Facebook settings. Facebook then tells us to delete your data.
